Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Cancelling BEFORE 24 hour window, will not result in a cancellation fee
* Cancelling WITHIN 24 hour window, will result in 50% charge of your service fee.
* IF you are Cancelling DAY OF, you will be considered a NO SHOW and charged 100% of your service fee.
* NO SHOW or 10+ minutes LATE from the start of your scheduled service, will result in 100% charge of your service fee. Please reach out to me if you’re running late, I might (but it is not guaranteed) that I have enough time for your scheduled services.
Please be considerate as this is a small business where every appointment is valued and appreciated.
*Clients will need to have a card saved to their booking profile to reserve the appointment and for the cancellation and late policy to be enforced. *
